Napa police nab 2 Solano men suspected of selling marijuana oil extract to minors

SUISUN CITY — Two Solano County men were arrested last week in Napa in connection with selling cannabis to minors in a vape shop.

Tareq Saeed, 24, of Fairfield, and Bailey Polk, 20, of Suisun City, face allegations of selling cannabis to a minor and criminal conspiracy, both felonies, in connection with their arrest March 14 at Napa Vape and Smoke, Napa authorities report.

The Napa Special Investigations Bureau received numerous complaints and anonymous tips during 2018 and this year that a vape shop in Napa was selling cannabis and butane honey oil to people who were younger than 18, the agency reports.

Detectives conducted operations at Napa Vape, located at 1700 W. Imola Ave., over the past several months, the agency reports. They were able to establish juveniles were purchasing butane honey oil and cannabis from employees at Napa Vape and Smoke, the agency reports.
