A Derbyshire grandmother has won the battle against cancer using only cannabis oil, she says.
Lin Coxon was diagnosed with breast cancer in June last year but took Cannabidol (CBD) before her chemotherapy started.
Doctors were fascinated to discover that, just a few weeks later, her malignant tumour had shrunk dramatically.
And now the cancer has gone into remission as oncologists at Royal Derby Hospital have said Lin’s condition is “stable”.
The oil Lin used is completely legal, unlike the recent case of Billy Caldwell whose mother fought for the right to use cannabis oil containing an illegal psychoactive component.
The Caldwells visited Lin to talk about their respective experiences.
Lin, of Willington, says that, as she didn’t change any other aspect of her lifestyle, she firmly believes it must have been the CBD oil that ultimately forced the cancer into remission.
